Thanks to everyone who came out to BACK TO THE BEACH to party with us. It was our first time headlining Friday night…The Nuts would like to thank ALL of our friends at Back To The Beach for having us back year after year. It’s been an honor to contribute to such a worthy cause…in GREAT company! The lineup this year was incredible: Boogiemen, Bag Of Donuts, Rockin Dopsie, Benjy Davis, Topcats, Bucktown Allstars, NEWSFLASH (don’t fear the Huey!)….great times at THE BEACH!

Ahhh, the BIG SHOW is upon us! The Nuts step things up everytime they head over to SOUTHPORT HALL…and we’re excited to say that we have some great things planned for the JULY 18th show. Come out and party with MR. CREDO for his birthday as he brings a slew of guest performers to the Hall for the show! You never quite know who is going to show up for a Mr. Credo birthday party to play….so make plans now to join in the chaos!

One of our favorite shows each year is the Back To The Beach Festival! This music concert is a fundraiser for the Save Our Lake Foundation; a group that works for the endless restoration of Lake Pontchatrain. The festival has turned into quite a large music event with an all-star lineup each year. The event is held near the TREASURE CHEST CASINO in Kenner, LA at the end of Williams Blvd (just over the levee from the Ponchatrain Center). Food booths, craft booths, and all kinds of entertainment will go on all evening long….this is a great festival for all ages!

And…it’s been a while…but THE NUTS RETURN TO ROCK N BOWL ON FRIDAY MAY 23rd! The balls will be rolling, the nuts will be rockin’, and shirts WILL come off as we celebrate the start of Summer 2008 at our home, MID-CITY LANES ROCK N BOWL! Show kicks off at 9:30pm!
